From her beginnings as a beauty therapist to business ownership and managing a successful beauty franchise, Alison’s career has been built on passion, hands-on expertise, and a dedication to excellence.

Trained personally by Lydia Jordane—internationally acclaimed beauty therapist and founder of LYCON Cosmetics—Alison now shares her deep expertise with therapists across Australia. She is renowned for her Brazilian waxing skills and her ability to resolve problematic skin concerns to achieve outstanding client results.

Driven by her passion for education, Alison is committed to helping beauty therapists grow their skills, confidence, and sales through knowledge. She specialises in teaching unique LYCON techniques, offering practical solutions, tips, and troubleshooting support to ensure every therapist can succeed with the world’s leading wax brand.
